Undergraduate studies (1st cycle)
The offered study programs are two and three years: Hotel restaurant management and study program Gastronomy nutrition and dietetics, and the rest four years. On the three-year study, students receive a diploma with 180 credits, and the four-year acquire 240 credits. All programs are accredited by the agency for accreditation and evaluation of higher education solutions for accreditation. The study programs are originally prepared based on the analysis of related study programs from top universities in the world.
For teaching the curriculum of the first cycle, the Faculty has a significant teaching staff of 34 Ph. Ds, three assistant professors, ten associate professors and twenty-one full professor. For the purpose of teaching faculty hire additional teachers in certain areas, as well as experts from the economy in terms of practical and clinical instruction.
