  • Completed application form, the form of which is prepared by the unit where the study program is organized
  • Letter of motivation for enrolling in the study program
  • A short biography with the total achievements of the candidate
  • A potential area of ​​research and a brief statement defining the subject and objectives of the potential area of ​​research
  • Proposal for a mentor from the list of published accredited mentors of the study program with whom the candidate temporarily came into contact, consulted on the research area and from whom he received preliminary consent
  • Diploma/certificate of completed second cycle studies, i.e. postgraduate studies (candidates who have completed abroad must submit a certified foreign diploma) – original documents or a certified photocopy of the same
  • Diploma/certificate for completed first cycle of studies, i.e. undergraduate studies (candidates who have completed abroad must submit a certified foreign diploma) – original documents or a certified photocopy of the same
  • Certificate of citizenship
  • Birth certificate
  • Medical documentation (for international students): HIV test and Hepatitis C test
  • Other documents upon request of the unit

Note: Since the registration is done with original documents, it is desirable for the candidates to make copies of the documents for their needs before the registration.

Note: When applying to the University unit, candidates submit:

  • documents from previous education in original form (these documents are temporarily retained by the unit, and then returned to the student),
  • uncertified copies of documents from previous education (which remain in the student’s file).
